Soya Recipies
- 100g (3.5 oz) Soya Mince (Any Soya mince will do).
- 3 Big onions (finely chopped).
- 1 Greenpepper (finely chopped and unseeded).
- 3 Big tomatoes (finely chopped).
- ½ Teaspoon dried Chillies.
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt.
- 2- 3 Tablespoons cooking oil.
- A Pinch Fine Black pepper.
Method:
Soak Soya in 250ml (8.5 fldoz) water. Fry onions and greenpepper mix for about 5 minutes (medium heat). Add tomato, chillis and salt and fry another 5 minute. Mix in your favorite Soya mince and stir for 5 to 6 minutes. Serve with spagetti, rice or mash potato.
Serves about 5 persons.
