Bannana Punch.jpgIngredients:

  • 1 Part Vodka.
  • ⅔tsp Part of apricot brandy (if available).
  • Juice of a lime ½  lime fresh.
  • Soda water.
  • Banana sliced.
  • A Sprig of mint.
  • Crushed ice.

Method:
Mix Vodka, apricot brandy and lime juice in a bar measuring cup. Take a tall glass filled with ⅔rd crushed ice. Pour the mixture over ice and fill with soda water.

Garnish with banana slices and mint sprig.


Ingredients:Bloody Mary

  • 2 Parts Vodka.
  • 6 Parts tomato juice (self blend the best).
  • Halve Teaspoon tomato sauce.
  • Halve Teaspoon worchestershire sauce.
  • 1 Pinch of celery salt.
  • 2 Drops Tabasco® sauce.
  • 1 Celery stem.
  • 4 Ice cubes.

Method:
Pour 4 ice cubes in a mixer and ad the vodka and tomato juice in. Ad the halve teaspoon tomato sauce, halve teaspoon worchestershire sauce, 2 drops of Tabasco sauce® and 1 Pinch of celery salt in a mixer.

Mix well and pour in a small glass and then ad the celery stem for decoration.


 

Ingredients:Blue Lagoon

  • 3 Parts Vodka.
  • 1 Part blue Curaçao.
  • 3 Parts Pineapple Juice.
  • 3 Pinches green Chartreuse.
  • 1 Slice Pineapple.
  • Halve cup crushed Ice.

Method:
Pour a halve cup of crushed ice in a liquor mixer and pour the Vodka, blue Curaçao, Pineapple juice and the green Chartreuse in. Mix well and pour in a small glass.

Decorate with a slice of Pineapple and enjoy.

  • 1 Part Vodka.
  • 2 Halve parts beef extract (liquidize).
  • 4 Drops of lemon juice.
  • 4 Drops worchestershire sauce.
  • 1 Pinch of celery salt.
  • 6 Ice cubes.

Method:
Put 6 ice cubes in a mixer and pour the vodka and the liquidize beef extract in. Pour 4 drops lemon juice and 4 drops worchestershire sauce in with a pinch of celery salt.

Stir well and pour in a small glass and enjoy.

Good for hangover (babbelas South African term).


 

Ingredients:Flying Grasshopper

  • 2 Parts Vodka.
  • 1 Part green Creme de Menthe.
  • 1 Part white Creme de Cacao.
  • 4 Ice cubes.

Method:

Pour about 'n cup crushed ice in a measure mug and ad all the substances. Mix well and pour in a cold tot glass.

Serve undecorated.


 

Ingredients:Galliano Sour

  • 1 Part Scotch Whisky.
  • 1 Part Galliano.
  • 1 Part Orange juice.
  • ½ Part lemon or lime juice.
  • 1 Slice orange.
  • 8 Ice cubes.
  • ¼ Teaspoon Icing sugar.

Method:

Put 8 ice cubes in container and add in all the liquids. Mix well.Pour a little bit of icing sugar on the slightly wet rim of glass. Pour the liquor mix in carefully.

Slightly wet the rim of the glass and throw the icing sugar slightly on the rim.

Decorate with a slice of orange.
